Damaged or wrong product? Within 7 days of delivery, email us your order number, photos and an unboxing video. We will send a free replacement, or a full refund if a replacement is not possible.

Cancelling an order? Email us as soon as you can. We can cancel only if the order has not been dispatched yet.
