Products and prices

We sell Diwali diyas, candles and lights. All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (Rs.). We may change prices, offers and product availability at any time without notice. We try to describe and show our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that every colour or detail on your screen will match the product exactly.

Orders

When you place an order, you confirm that the details you give us are correct and complete. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price is shown incorrectly, or we cannot reach you to confirm delivery. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you.

Payment and delivery

Delivery is free on every order across India, and Cash on Delivery is available. Delivery times are estimates, and most orders arrive within 3-4 working days. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

Damaged or wrong products

If your product arrives damaged or wrong, please follow the process in our Return and Refund Policy within 7 days of delivery.

Using our website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, interfere with its working, or try to gain unauthorised access to it. All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to FestivalGlow or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Safety

Flame-based products such as diyas and candles must be used with care, away from children, pets, curtains and other flammable items, and should never be left burning unattended.

To the extent permitted by law, FestivalGlow is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.
